Congratulations to New C-3s from Cathy Brogan

I would like to compliment all of our C3 candidates on the competent job that they did throughout their C3 testing Sat and Sunday, Sept 11-12th. The two examiners also spoke highly of your maturity and good manners as a group, your willingness to help each other and to keep encouraging each other throughout the two long days of testing. Each time something wasn't going well for one of you, you dug down deep inside, kept your composure, and tackled the task again. It was nice to hearthe examiners say - you certainly redeemed yourself, when candidates showed that they really did meet standard, if not on the first try, they did when they, the candidates, asked the examiners for a chance to show that they did know what they had to show and then they went out and did the job. Congratulations to you on your new rating - C3, Katelyn F., Katelyn S., Kate H., Jamie H., Elissa N. and with a little redo on one or two dismounted sections, August T. and Christy S.will also have their C3 rating. We, the NJ region, are proud of you and the effort and time that you put into preparing for this rating. Your parents also deserve kudos for surviving the weekend intact. Good job to all of you. I will put your copies of your test sheets in the mail to you tomorrow. The original test sheets will be sent to your DC's along with yourcertificates shortly. Again, congratulations to all of you.
