All Hands on Deck to Run PX Rally

The NJ Region Polocrosse rally is Sunday, May 29 at the Bucks County Horse Park. This rally is run by our club, so we'll need you all to come out and help at least for a time. Below is a list of jobs that Lorna R. will need to pull this off. Some of the jobs only require help for part of the day, not all day. This is our rally, folks, so time to pitch in and help. There are also entry forms attached below for anyone who would like to participate. These must be to Patti C. by May 21 along with a medical release and a current Coggins and a check made out to HHPC. All pertinent info is in the rally info. doc.

Horse Management and Formals Judges 6 (Kim C. is Chief - she emphasises fun but safe)
Snack Stand shoppers and cooks and helpers 6 (could divide up the day)
Written test helpers and scorers 3 (am only)
Trailer parking 2 must arrive before 6.45am (am 0nly)
Timers 2
On field scorers 2
Overall scorers on computer Chris E. plus 1
Warm-Up area horse knowledgeable minium 2 (can split am and pm)
Goal judges 4 (can split 2 for am and 2 for pm)
Umpire horses 2 or 3 -D3 and up able to bandage
May 28th Parking Area set up and field lining and making of Parking Signs (2 hours at most)
