Bridget G Jumping Derby

Here are a few quick pix from the jumping derby today and I'd welcome more from other members & parents (andreahenneman@msn.com). Participants got to have a lot of fun AND be good neighbors. Will post more information as I receive it (sorry about not knowing most mount's names, please supply if you get a chance).

Three cheers for organizers for a great event, and thanks to the sponsors and host Beaver Creek Farm. In addition to fun competition, it also provided a catalyst for the club to build and paint some excellent fences for future ratings, lessons and other events - they will be kept at Barb H.'s Rainbow Hill Farm. Many club members, some of whom did not have a rider participating today, helped paint the logos, buy the supplies, do carpentry - I know I'll miss names - at least let me mention Chris and Dean T. and all of their kids, Carol S. who bought the paint and supplies as well as doing painting, Dave and Mackie S. who built and painted jumps, Barb and Bridget H., Patty P. and Lynne M. who did artwork (and made blender drinks), Cathy and Kate B., and I sincerely hope that others will remind me of other names I should note here.
