H & HA Rating Results from R.S. Cathy B.

I just want to pass on the good news from this past weekend's H-A/H testing which the NJ regional hosted at Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, PA.

Brittany Y. passed and now is an H rated pony club member. I also want to say how well Kate H. did, passing all sections but 2, and I hope that she will try again next year.

Also I want to give a huge thank you to Linda S. who was the Independent Observer for the rating. She gave us 2 and 1/2 days of her time and was so helpful to everyone involved, candidates, parents, auditors, everyone. Thank you, Linda.

Our 4 HHPC riders who volunteered to be students for the teaching segment of the testing also deserve a BIGTHANK YOU! Thanks also go to Anna M. (the NE's loved your horse), Caroline W. (your horse seemed to enjoy the outing), Larry G. (who rode a DVC horse that looked almost like Peabody) and Katelyn S. who really enjoyed riding the big horse that DVC loaned to her. Thank you all.

I will recommend that the NJ Region host this rating again next year at DVC. What a wonderful facility and what a wonderful welcome everyone there extended to all of us. We certainly had an awesome group of candidates and it makes you realize how well these kids will do when itis their turn to take over from us older folks.

A very big thank you to Lynne M. who bailed me out and provided the food and drinks for the kids and everyone else. She also got to the testing before me each day to get the coffee on and get everything set out. Don't know how she does it, but Thank You Lynne. Thank you Katelyn S. for being there to help the candidates wherever and whenever they needed something and helping your Mom with everything.
