Rally Forms Distributed

Cathy B has prepared the entry form to be used at all regional rallies this year. Please note deadlines on Calendar, p. 2 – late fees will be assessed if late entries are accepted. Rally paperwork in each case includes a check, the regional rally entry form, the USPC 2006 medical release, & the USPC 2006 activity/rally release. Forms can be accessed as "links" on the right side of the blog.
