Polocrosse Rally Results

Patti C reports the following results for our HHPC members from yesterday's Polocrosse Rally. Congratulations to all and thanks to Patti for co-organizing a great rally.

Advanced: "Top Guns" Sara C, with Cait and Patrick O'R from Old Dominion Region (Deena C., SM) won 2nd Overall and 2nd in Horse Management. Deena scored a 10/10 on the written test. Jess N was SM for "Chix with Stix", the Advanced team that won first place overall and in Horse Management.

Intermediate Horse: "Pink Panthers" Zoe L, Kate H, and Larry G (Emily J., SM) placed 3rd Overall and 3rd in Horse Management.

Intermediate Pony: "Hicks with Sticks" Katelyn S and Gus T, with Heidi S from Huntington Valley Pony Club (Piper T, SM), placed 2nd overall and 2nd in Horse Management

Novice: "Queens of Crosse" Rita G, Hayley S, and Bianca V, Huntington Valley PC won 1st place overall and in Horse Management.

Walk/Trot: "Pink Flamingos" Claudia F, Kris and Kim J (Geneva T, SM) won 1st Overall and 2nd in Horse Management, while the "Lucky Duckies" scramble team with Beth H and 2 Amwell Valley Pony Clubbers were 2nd overall and 1st in Horse Management.

Best Pony or Horse:
Sara C.'s horse Chilita won honorable mention in the Advanced division.
Gus T.'s Chance was named the "Best Pony" in the Intermediate Pony division.
Rita G.'s Stars was named "Best Pony" in the Novice division
Beth H.'s Skye's the Limit was "Best Pony" in the Walk-Trot Division with Honorable Mention to Claudia F's pony Ascha

Below are the "fun awards" from the umpires:
Larry G shared "Interesting Dismount" honors with Jake from Defying Gravity
Larry G also shared "Prettiest in Pink" with Michael P
Sara C and Sarah B. shared an award for "Best riding without stirrups"
Rita G and her "Queens of Crosse" won "Best Turned-out" because of their amazing helmet covers
