2007 Officers & Coordinators of HHPC

The following officers were elected, and volunteers agreed to serve, at the recent Sponsor's Meeting of HHPC. Contact information is in the Membership list and will be updated soon (we generally don't post this info on the web).

District Commissioner: Larry G (dad of Rita & Larry)

Represent club in region, including attending and voting at regional meetings; implement club policy; approve rating candidates; attend club events and activities; oversee member and parent conduct; exercise leadership in club issues; oversee coordinators and help to resolve any issues

Keep books, maintain bank accounts, collect fees, reimburse expenses, pay insurance, make financial reports to officers & Sponsors

Secretary:
Andrea H (mom of Beth)

Membership records, club newsletter and communications, complete paperwork due to region and national organizations from club, get insurance coverage for activities; publicize Sponsor’s Meetings and keep minutes, prepare ratings certificates

Assistant Secretary: Lori J (mom of Emily)

Rating Coordinator:
Chris T (mom of Gus, Geneva, Piper & Holly)

Set & publicize dates for ratings, arrange for raters, pay fees, complete paperwork, attend ratings, handle post-rating paperwork; make any necessary decisions (set or cancel dates, choose rater etc) with DC oversight

Rally Coordinators:
Suzanne H (mom of Louise)

Gale B (mom of Mary Beth)

Publicize rally information, collect and submit rally entries with complete paperwork, liaise with sponsoring club about team assignments, stable mgrs etc., provide info for end of year awards; make any necessary decisions with DC oversight (late entries etc.)


Fundraising Coordinator:
Carol S (mom of Cord)

Develop fundraising proposals; coordinate and publicize fundraising efforts; pay expenses; organize insurance; make any necessary decisions with DC oversight
