Wow, What a Day

The Shaggy Horse Show on Sunday brought a crowd that surpassed all expectations and we are grateful for all the help and support we received from club members. Special thanks go to Show Secretary Janet G, do-everything Larry G, ringmaster Gail C and gate guardian (among other things) Bob J who played critical roles throughout the day, were consistently cheerful, and hung in there with us as the hour grew late. Jane R judged trail class which we also appreciated very much. If I forgot to mention anyone specifically please forgive me, it was a long day, and know that your help meant a lot.

We learned a lot, raised a lot of funds for the club, and look forward to next time (Sunday Feb 11). Please think about a 3 to 4-hour period you can commit to be there and help out - show secretary help, ringmaster, gate and jump crews are especially needed, during the afternoon and at the very end (when MCEC has to be put back to normal).
