RALLY ENTRY DEADLINES AND PROCEDURES

Our rally coordinators remind us: “Here's a schedule of the rest of the year's rallies and entry deadlines. Please mark your calendars with these dates, paying special attention to the entry deadlines:

You should have already received e-mails for Tetrathlon and Show Jumping with additional information – if not, please contact the rally coordinators (info below). Per the new guidelines, entries for all rallies need to be submitted to the sponsoring club two weeks prior to the rally........which means you need to get entries to your club's rally coordinators (Gale Byrnes and Suzanne Hutter) THREE weeks before the rally so that we have a few days to review them, organize teams and stable managers, have the club treasurer cut a check, and send off the package so it reaches the rally organizer by their deadline! Depending on the circumstances, a rally organizer might accept late entries and changes - but hefty per entry penalty fees will apply. Please review the NJ Region Guidelines so that you are familiar with the rules.

Upper level club members: We'll be looking for you to sign up to Stable Manage at a rally or two during the year - so don't be shy about letting us know early which rallies you can/can't work.
